Q. When is the monthly Regular Meeting?

A. Regular Meetings are held the third Monday of the month except for: January and February (4th Monday) and July and December (no Regular Meeting). Social time begins at 9:30 a.m. with the meeting beginning at 10 a.m. Meetings are held at the Programs Office, 2060 E. 3300 So.


Q. When do the committees meet?

A. Generally, the committees meet the first or second week of each month except for July and December. Meetings are usually held at the Programs Office. Click here for a full committee meeting schedule. Anyone is welcome to attend committee meetings.


Q. What are the rules about using photos on any Uplift Community Alliance public platform?

A. A signed photo consent form must be on file for any photos showing a person’s face. Most, but not all, Uplift members have given their permission to have their photos published. If you haven’t given Uplift Community Alliance permission to use your photo, please refrain from being in group photos. Minors must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian in order for us to publish a facial photo. Q. How can I see my previous online hours reports?

A. Once you have submitted an hours report by logging into the member dashboard, you can see all your past online hours submissions by clicking on “View your previous submissions” at the top of the webform.


Q. Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to pay dues or make reservations online?

A. No, but PayPal may refuse your payment if you don't have an account with them. On the payment page, you will see options to pay with a PayPal or credit card account. If PayPal doesn't accept your payment, please contact Liz Quealy who manages a second payment option. You can also pay by check. Uplift Community Alliance does not store credit card numbers on our site.


Q. How do I change my contact or other personal information on the website?

A. Click on “View Profile,” "Edit," change your information , including your password if you wish, and save. Please send all contact and other information changes to the Member Services and Technology Chairs.


Q. Who do I contact if I have any questions about using the website or problems accessing the member area?

A. Contact the Technology Chair.

Q. Where can I access information about an order or dues payment I’ve made online?

A. Go to your profile and click on “View Order History.” Click on the icon just to the right of the order number and your complete order will appear.


Q. How can I change my photo that appears in my profile and the online directory?

A. Click on “View Profile," "Edit," then scroll down to your photo. Click on "Remove" then “Browse” and select a photo from your computer hard drive. Then, select “Upload” and “Save.” Please use a portrait photo of just your face, not a full body image.

Q. What are the Master Data Files and who can access them? 

A. The Master Date Files are the repository for documents that pertain to our organization's business. Board members and committee chairs enter important documents into these files that other members can access on the south computer in the main Corporate office.  Learn more about the Master Data Files in this video tutorial.  For printed instructions, please click here.

Q. How do I schedule myself to work at Uplift Thrift?  

A. Log into the member dashboard and click on the "Thrift Shop Scheduling" icon. Watch this six minute tutorial, created by John Sager, to learn how to use the Volgistics scheduling program.
